Tech Talk is High Aspirations, Inc.'s own blog, powered by WordPress. In October 2008, the current design of Tech Talk went live and while we cannot take credit for the original theme design, we have customized it a great deal.
A lot of blogs match the design of the main site but we decided to take a different path and have
ours look completely different. We just think it's fun and it goes along with what we originally
envisioned Tech Talk to be. When we were deciding on a name for our blog, we joked around about
Coffee Talk, that SNL skit, and so Tech Talk was born. So when we found this theme by Roam2Rome
with it's coffee cup we knew it was perfect for us, with a little tweaking of course. The original
theme screen shot is on the right and it's pretty easy to see how much we changed.
We created Tech Talk so we'd have a place on our site to add new content, keeping our site fresh and enticing the search engines to come back often. In turn, our visitors have a place to get great tech tips, news, games, and maybe a deal on hosting or a domain name. We've taken a tip that we always pass on to our clients and used it for ourselves - keep up with your site and your clients will keep up with you!
