Fine Print
Contract:
We will ask you to sign a contract. This will protect the both of us in the event any disputes arise. In other words, we will have to do what we promised to do for what you promised to pay.

Adobe Reader is a free download from Adobe.
Deposit:
We will require a deposit. This deposit will consist of 50% of the site's agreed upon cost. Payment is accepted via cashier's check, money order, personal check, or business check. In addition, payment may be made via PayPal using any credit card they accept. We will begin working on your site upon check clearance. This deposit is non-refundable.
High Aspirations, Inc. Link & Logo:
A small note saying your site was designed by High Aspirations, Inc. will be placed on the bottom of the main or index page of your site. If you decide to sign up for our maintenance package, the link will be accompanied by a small note that we also maintain your site. Here's an example of what this would look like:

If High Aspirations, Inc. maintains your site and you have a links page, a smaller version of our logo will be placed there. Here's an example of what this would look like:

This logo and link should remain on your site for as long as the work on your site remains ours. Once you begin modifying your web site to great extent and the work is basically no longer High Aspirations, Inc.'s, it should be removed.
A link to your site from the High Aspirations, Inc. web site will be added. For an example of how this would look, please check out our Portfolio.
